1. Scope
For all orders through our website, the following General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply. The offer on this website is exclusively aimed at consumers residing in Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "customer").
A natural person who maintains business relations with Floron, which cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity, is referred to as a consumer. Orders in non-household quantities can be rejected without justification.
Floron reserves the right to change these AGB at any time. The version of these AGB in effect at the time of the order is binding, and it cannot be unilaterally changed for that order. Contrary or deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized.

2. Information on this Website
Floron provides information about products and services. Price and assortment changes as well as technical changes are reserved. All information on <www.floron.store> (product descriptions, illustrations, images, videos, dimensions, weights, technical specifications, accessory relationships, and other information) is for illustration and is to be understood as approximate and non-binding. They do not represent any representations of properties or guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Floron strives to provide all information on this website correctly, completely, up-to-date, and clearly, but Floron cannot guarantee this expressly or implicitly.
All offers on this website are non-binding and are not to be understood as a binding offer.
Floron cannot guarantee that the listed products will be available at the time of the order. Therefore, all information on availability and delivery times is without guarantee and can change at any time and without notice.
3. Prices
The sales prices stated on Floron are final prices and include, unless otherwise stated, the statutory value-added tax and any other statutory fees, such as advance recycling fees (VRG) or copyright fees for electronic devices. The prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) net.
Any shipping costs will be charged additionally, unless otherwise specified, and are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are separately indicated in the ordering process. Technical changes, errors, and printing errors are reserved, in particular, Floron can make price changes at any time and without prior notice. Consultation and support services are not included in the sales prices.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The products and prices on this website are considered non-binding offers. By placing an order through this website, including accepting these AGB, the customer submits a legally binding offer for the conclusion of a contract. Floron will then send an automatic order confirmation by email, confirming that the customer's offer has been received by Floron. Orders placed are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or withdrawal.
The contract is concluded when Floron sends an acceptance declaration by email, confirming the dispatch of the ordered products or services. Orders will only be shipped after full payment (exception: delivery on invoice) and if the goods are available. If it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or not completely, Floron is entitled to reject the order or only partially accept it and execute it. In such a case, Floron will inform the customer by email. If the customer's payment has already been received by Floron, the payment will be refunded to the customer. If no payment has been made, the customer will be exempted from the payment obligation.
5. Payment Options and Retention of Title
The customer has the payment options specified in the order process. Floron reserves the right to exclude customers from individual payment options without giving reasons or to insist on advance payment. In case of payment default by the customer, Floron may charge default interest of 5% per year and a reminder fee of a maximum of CHF 20 per reminder.
The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Floron until full payment.
6. Delivery, Inspection Obligation, Complaints, and Returns
Deliveries are dispatched by mail or courier to the address provided by the customer in the order.
Floron endeavors to adhere to short delivery times. Any delivery times specified in the order confirmation are non-binding. Floron is entitled to make partial deliveries. In this case, shipping costs are only charged to the customer once.
The invoice will be sent by Floron by email or by post, at Floron's choice if delivery on an invoice is offered.
If the delivery is not deliverable or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Floron can dissolve the contract after notifying the customer by email and observing a reasonable grace period and may charge the customer for the associated costs.
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and promptly report any defects, for which Floron provides a guarantee, in writing by letter or email to the address in the imprint.
Returns to Floron are at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address provided by Floron in the imprint.
If Floron's inspection reveals that the goods have no detectable defects or do not fall under the manufacturer's warranty, Floron may charge the customer for the costs incurred in the return, handling, or potential disposal.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The customer is granted a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The deadline is considered met if the customer sends the written withdrawal by email or letter (address as per the imprint) within the specified period to Floron. The withdrawal does not require any justification.
Exercising the right of withdrawal leads to the reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods within 10 calendar days in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, along with the delivery note, to the return address provided by Floron in the imprint. Returns to Floron are at the customer's expense and risk. Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days if Floron has already received the goods or if the customer can provide proof of shipment.
Floron reserves the right to demand reasonable compensation for damages, excessive wear, or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the reduction in value from the purchase price already paid or invoice the customer.
No right of withdrawal is granted in the following cases:
(i) If the contract contains an element of chance, especially due to price fluctuations over which the provider has no influence;
(ii) If the contract pertains to a movable item that, due to its nature, is not suitable for return or can quickly spoil;
(iii) If the contract pertains to a movable item that is manufactured according to the customer's specifications or is clearly tailored to personal needs;
(iv) If the contract concerns digital content, and this content is not provided on a fixed data carrier, or if the contract must be fully fulfilled by both parties immediately;
(v) If the contract pertains to a service, and the provider has to fully perform the service with the prior express consent of the customer before the withdrawal period has expired;
(vi) In the areas of accommodation, transportation, delivery of food and beverages, and leisure activities, where the provider commits to providing services at a specific time or within a clearly specified period.
8. Warranty
Floron strives to deliver goods of impeccable quality. In the case of defects reported in a timely manner, Floron provides a warranty for the defect-free and functional state of the item purchased by the customer, during the statutory warranty period, which is usually two years from the delivery date. Floron may choose to provide warranty service through free repair, equivalent replacement, or a refund of the purchase price. Other warranty rights are excluded.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, or defects resulting from external circumstances. Warranty for consumables and wear parts (e.g., batteries, accumulators, etc.) is also waived.
Floron cannot provide assurances or guarantees regarding the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of data, as well as the continuous or uninterrupted availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks, and other content. In particular, Floron neither assures nor guarantees that the use of the website will not infringe on the rights of third parties not owned by Floron.
9. Liability
Floron disclaims all liability, irrespective of its legal basis, as well as claims for damages against Floron and against any auxiliary persons and agents. In particular, Floron is not liable for indirect damages and consequential damages, loss of profit, or other personal, material, or pure financial losses to the customer. A more extensive mandatory legal liability remains reserved, such as for gross negligence or unlawful intent.
Floron uses hyperlinks solely for the simplified access of the customer to other websites. Floron cannot know the content of these websites in detail and cannot assume liability or other responsibilities for the content of these websites.
10. Data Protection
Floron may process and use the data collected as part of the conclusion of the contract to fulfill the obligations under the purchase contract and for marketing purposes. Data necessary for the performance of the service may also be passed on to commissioned service partners (logistics partners) or other third parties.

11. Partial Invalidity
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12. Additional Provisions
Floron expressly reserves the right to amend these present Terms and Conditions at any time and to bring them into effect without prior notice.
In the event of disputes, Swiss substantive law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Sales Convention) is explicitly excluded.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich or the place of residence of the consumer.
